New data storage solution

The SPIN datasets has been relocated to a new storage solution. Users are advised to register or re-register to be able to download datasets.

The temporary solution of providing datasets through Box has now been changed. For old users, this mean that you must register again to be able to download datasets from SPIN. This will hopefully be a more permanent solution.
