(Small) updates to all data modules

All data modules included in SPIN have been updated with new country number and codes.

In effort to achieve consistency, all data modules included in SPIN have been updated with new country numbers and codes based on the ISO-3166 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). See each data module and accompanying documentation for more details.
